The precision track has been designed to bring total rigidity and precision to the movement of a Milo system.
The specially designed aluminium
ladder-work is fitted with a high precision linear bearing system for the to
Milo to travel on, and a central geared rack for the drive system.
The ends of the rails have large flanges which are machined flat, and have locating-dowels. This ensures that when connected together, the rails join accurately, solidly, and in a straight line.
Extra jacking feet provide a greater stability, and the bearing system itself is treated for anti-corrosion, making the rails deal for use in all weather conditions.

The Milo Standard Track is adapted industry standard track.
The ladder-work comprises 4 aluminium sleepers
and 2 stainless steel running rails, and a geared rack up the middle for the
drive mechanism.
The ends of the rails have a nipple and cup arrangement which ensures that when connected together, the rails join accurately and in a straight line.
Jacking feet on each sleeper allow the rails to be levelled, and the geared rack is adjustable for optimum performance.
A Ramp-up is also available for getting the Milo on & off the rails quickly.
