Milo Shoot, Natasha Bedingfield, "Angel"

Camera Control Inc recently operated the Milo on Natasha Bendingfield's "Angel" music video. The Milo motion control rig was used to achieve multiple passes of Natasha in the various sets and in a variety of costumes. Flair motion control software was used to program the panning off speed, then matched to the panning on speed for the beginning of all the new scenes. This panning action, was the key to joining all of the locked off and tracking scenes in the music video together.

Produced by Rockhard Films and Directed by Phil Griffin, the music video starts with flashes of the singer, singing the song in a hallway with black and white graffiti on its wall while approaching a music studio. As Natasha continues singing, she turns and changes her costume from black suit to white casual shirt and this time she performs 'Angel' with her band in the studio.

Ulti Head on track shoot, Gordon Ramsay: Cook Along Live

Freelance Operator Ian Menzies recently did a shoot in conjunction with Kontrol Freax and MRMC for a Channel 4 commercial, Gordon Ramsay: Cookalong Live.

Using the Ulti-Head on track and a Genesis camera the first day was spent shooting Gordon. Mimic pan bars were used to control the pan and tilt of the Ulti-Head to get a certain feel that the Director and Operator were after. The next day multi-passes were shot of the extras.
